How it works

- We send a quote with pricing, freight and a delivery date — usually within one business day.
- You approve it and we invoice you.
- We pack and ship. Orders can go to one address or to many individual addresses.
Lead times
Most orders ship within two to three weeks of approval. Larger orders and anything needing custom printing take longer, so the earlier you reach out the better.
For delivery before Christmas, we need your order confirmed by December 1.
Adding your branding
Ask us about putting your logo on a card inside the box or on the outer packaging. What is possible depends on the quantity and how much time we have, so raise it early and we will tell you straight whether we can do it.
